Midweek:
- $189 per night for One-Bedroom Cottages
- $378 per night for Farm and Settlers Two-Bedroom Cottages
- $498 per night for Grove Two-Bedroom Cottage
- Extra persons (sofa-bed or trundle bed) $59 per night
- Children welcome, $30 per night – further discount may apply. Cot available.
Weekend (Fri & Sat OR Sat & Sun):
- $219 per night for One-Bedroom Cottages
- $438 per night for Farm and Settlers Two-Bedroom Cottages
- $558 per night for Grove Two-Bedroom Cottage
- Minimum 2 night stay – in the event of a single night being available due to previous bookings, $20 surcharge per cottage for 1 night only
- Extra persons (sofa-bed or trundle bed) $59 per night.

Discount Full Week:
- For a full week (7 night stay)
- 1 bedroom cottage: $1,169 (save $244)
- 2 bedroom cottage: $2,230 (save $596)
Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are valid from 01/01/2017, are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
- 2 bedroom cottage based on minimum 2 couple rate.
- Confirmation of booking requires 50% deposit. Balance is due on check-in.
- Check-in is from 2pm onwards. Late check-out of 12 noon.
- Cancellation within 21 days may forfeit all or part deposit.
- Cancellation within 7 days may require full payment.
- Minimum 2-night stay weekends and public holidays; 3-night stay long weekend; 4-night stay Easter long weekend.
- All cottages are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside on the verandahs.
- All cottages have a no-pet policy.
