The Iron Staghead 🦌 For more than 30 years unt The Iron Staghead 🦌 For more than 30 years until the last decade, the Stonehurst estate was a deer farm. Herds of Red, Chital and Fallow roamed the paddocks, enjoying the mountains and flats across the estate. This stag is mounted front and centre of our Wine Cellar building, and reminds us of the property's heritage and changes over the years.
