This limited release Shiraz is made of fruit carefully harvested from selected vineyards in the Hunter Valley (80%) and McLaren Vale (20%) regions.
Deliciously bold, this Shiraz has aromas of plum, red berry and cedar wood spice. Flavours of dark summer berries, cherry and plum, this wine has integrated savoury oak from long barrel maturation, with layers of liquorice and dark chocolate, and a long elegant finish.
